We provide non-medical care alongside your hospice provider to bring comfort and dignity to your loved one’s final stage. From overnight presence to helping with personal care, our caregivers are a gentle and calming presence for both client and family.

Do you have questions?
✔ Each session lasts approximately 60–90 minutes, depending on the number of participants and specific care needs.
✔ Training is available in person at our CareReach office, or—when appropriate and based on location—we can come to the family’s home for a more customized experience.
✔ In most cases, training is offered at no cost to families actively using or considering CareReach services. If you'd like to book training outside of our service area, small travel or customization fees may apply. Contact us for details.
✔ The training is ideal for family caregivers, spouses, adult children, close friends, or anyone helping a loved one at home. We recommend limiting in-home sessions to 2–3 participants for the best experience.
✔ Just bring your questions, concerns, and an open mind! If you already use CareReach services, we’ll tailor the session to your current care plan. Otherwise, we’ll provide all training materials during the visit.
✔ Not at all. We welcome families exploring home care options, transitioning from a hospital or rehab facility, or managing care independently. Our goal is to support all families—whether you’re just getting started or actively partnered with us.
✔ This training is not a replacement for professional caregiving but is meant to complement it. You’ll learn how to safely assist where you can, while understanding when to rely on CareReach for skilled support, scheduling, and oversight.
